1. Identify problems from video data in Gardel group (and others) which may be pursued by coarse-graining and model ID methods

2. Discuss and compare coarse-graining approaches from different areas of physics/math/ML

3. Define big mathematical challenges which limit coarse-graining approaches from spatial data

4. Identify potential areas to pursue and next steps
