Description: In this interactive, hands-on workshop, participants used improv exercises to practice discussing their research concisely and persuasively for diverse audiences. The first session focused on eliminating jargon, gauging public knowledge, and breaking down complex scientific concepts into engaging, clear narratives. The second session built upon these skills and students continued to practice talking about their research to interdisciplinary and lay audiences.
