Is living by a crystal lagoon worth it?

Hi all, I’ve been exploring Rove Home Meydan Horizon and got curious about the whole lagoon lifestyle. My friend just moved into a waterfront property in another Dubai neighborhood, and she can’t stop talking about the morning walks by the water and weekend BBQs with friends. I’m thinking of something similar, but I wonder if the convenience of nearby amenities and hotel-like services actually makes daily life easier or if it’s mostly aesthetic. Does anyone have advice or personal experience? Are there any hidden perks or drawbacks I should know about?

Hey, I can share a bit from what I saw at Rove Home at Meydan Horizon. I visited the show apartment recently and the layout was surprisingly efficient for the size. Having amenities like the lagoon, gym, and pool literally steps away really changes your routine—you end up spending more time outdoors and less worrying about going far for leisure. Plus, the fully furnished apartments and on-site services like cleaning really simplify living there, especially if you’re busy. If you want to see floor plans, pricing, and all the amenities, check this link: Rove Home at Meydan Horizon. From what I experienced, it’s a lifestyle upgrade more than just a luxury investment.
