Space Reservations

We welcome you to visit for the day, a week, or a month to co-work with colleagues, schedule group and project meetings, or think alone with a view. We dreamed to life a spectrum of collaboration spaces - shared offices, phone rooms, lounge seating, work tables, bench seating, meeting rooms, kitchen, and a full 150-person auditorium. Amenities include an coffee/espresso maker, wellness and prayer room, gym*, game room*, and blackboards.

There are desks and meeting rooms that can be booked in advance using Skedda. Select the 'Reserve a Space via Skedda' button on the left.

 

If you don't have badge access to NITMB, select the 'One Day or Week Long Pass' button on the left to gain access to NITMB. This provides access to the elevators. Passes are valid for Monday - Friday 8:30a-5:00p, excluding university holidays.

All events hosted at NITMB must be tied to the mission of integrating the
disciplines of mathematics and biology in order to transform the practice of biological research and to inspire new mathematical discoveries. If you have an event that ties to this mission then review this guide then reach out to Tiffany Leighton and Elise Ahn.
